EDMOND CLEANING COMPANY, LLC

EDMOND CLEANING COMPANY, LLC (also referred to as “Company”, “we”, or “us”) reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By requesting or booking services from EDMOND CLEANING COMPANY, LLC, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

COVID-19 DISCLOSURE

Clients must disclose any known symptoms or exposure to COVID-19 prior to booking. This includes:

Recent illness or symptoms

Recent travel

Exposure to individuals who are ill or quarantined

EDMOND CLEANING COMPANY, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for health and safety reasons.

REFUNDS & RE-CLEAN POLICY

All services are customized; therefore, no refunds are issued.

However:

Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service

Photos of missed areas must be provided

A free re-clean may be scheduled within 24–48 hours

Unreported areas after 24 hours will not be eligible for re-clean.

RECEIPTS

Receipts are automatically sent after successful payment.
If not received, clients must request one manually.
Receipts are sent only to the email entered at booking.

GIFT CARDS

Non-refundable

Not redeemable for cash

Remaining balances may be used for future services

CANCELLATIONS & NO CONTRACT

No long-term contract required

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations incur a $79 fee

Rescheduled services may still incur cancellation fees if later canceled.

MOVE-OUT CLEANING

Homes must be empty and free of clutter

Additional charges apply for items left behind

Pet odor removal is not included

HOURLY SERVICES

Billed strictly by time

Clients must manage allotted time

Additional time will be billed accordingly

Changes must be approved through the company—not cleaners on-site.

SERVICE APPROVAL

Client approval may be given via:

Email

Once approved, re-clean requests may be denied.

TEAMS

Cleaning teams may vary in size.
We aim for consistency but cannot guarantee the same team each visit.

CONDUCT

Our cleaners will:

Act professionally and respectfully

Only perform services within scope

We do not provide specialized services (e.g., grout, renovation cleaning).

PETS

Clients must secure pets if necessary

We are not responsible for pets escaping

SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

We provide all supplies unless otherwise requested.
In some cases, clients may be asked to provide a vacuum for safety reasons.

ARRIVAL WINDOW

Arrival time may vary by ±1 hour due to traffic or scheduling delays.

PRICING & SCHEDULING

Pricing depends on service frequency:

Weekly

Bi-weekly

Monthly

Skipping cleanings may result in price adjustments.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on:

Home condition

Time required

Inaccurate booking details

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at booking.
Accepted methods:

Credit/Debit cards

Electronic transfer

LOCKOUTS & ACCESS

Failure to provide access may result in:

Cancellation fees

Full service charges

SECURITY SYSTEMS

Clients must provide alarm instructions or disable systems prior to service.

CANCELLATIONS BY COMPANY

We may cancel services due to:

Unsafe conditions

Utility issues

Interference on-site

Up to 50% of service cost may still apply.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Clients must report damages within 24 hours

We may repair or replace damaged items

Liability is limited and subject to verification

CLUTTER

Excess clutter may limit cleaning effectiveness.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

We are not responsible for damage to clothing or machines.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

QUALITY CONTROL

We may conduct inspections and follow-up communications to ensure quality.

STAIN REMOVAL

We attempt stain removal but cannot guarantee results for long-term stains.

PHOTOS

Before-and-after photos may be taken for:

Quality control

Marketing

No personal identifying information will be shared.

HOARDING CONDITIONS

Severely cluttered homes will be converted to hourly service rates.

LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

We do not:

Clean biohazards

Handle pest infestations

Lift heavy objects

Work beyond safe ladder heights

NON-SOLICITATION

Clients agree not to hire our staff directly for 2 years.
Violation may result in a placement fee.

TIPS

Tips are appreciated but not required (recommended 10–15%).

ACCESS & KEYS

Clients must provide access instructions.
Failure to do so may result in rescheduling without refund.

PRIVACY

Client information is kept confidential and not shared without consent unless required by law.

INSURANCE

We are insured to provide cleaning services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability is limited to the amount paid within the previous 6 months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

ARBITRATION

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Clients waive the right to participate in class actions.

GENERAL TERMS

No partnership or employment relationship is created

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the agreement

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of these terms.
